Maine Upland Guide Service is a classic New England grouse hunting and fly-fishing camp located in the Upper Enchanted Wilderness near Jackman, Maine. The outfitter specializes in guided fly fishing trips for trout and salmon in world-class waters including the Dead River and upper Kennebec River, as well as wing shooting trips for ruffed grouse and woodcock. Operating from an off-grid camp eight miles from the nearest paved road, the service provides guided fly fishing from wade trips on streams to canoe trips on remote lakes and ponds using traditional Maine Freighter and Scott canoes.
